My Story
Fueled by Family

My greatest title isn’t Coach or President; it’s husband and dad. My wife, Tiffany, and our children, Riley, Mikey, and JR, have been my anchors through decades on the sidelines of Division I football and the front lines of corporate leadership.

With 28 years of high-stakes leadership experience, I’ve lived the pressure, the setbacks, and the storms. And it’s in that fire that SAVAGE SPEAKER and RISE COACHING were born. Frameworks forged not only by championships and boardrooms, but by the resilience it takes to raise a family in today’s world.

My mission is to help others overcome their limits, transform pressure into strength, and build a legacy for their families.
